I understand there is some sort of footrace in DC to contend with this Saturday.
If that vote takes place on Sunday, the 600,000+ people in NY-29 will have no representation.
“Offcially” permitted or not, it will be impossible to prevent thousand of people from converging on the Capitol at noon Sunday.
There is no razor-wire fence around the Capitol grounds that I’m aware of.
And then there is the automobile option, a slow-motion gridlock encirclement as was used successfully in Nashville to stop a state income tax a few years back.

It has to be burned to the bones, the bones ground into powder, that powder burned again, soaked in gasoline, set a fire again and what dust remains from that, placed in a lead-lined box and sunk into the Marianas Trench! Then nuke the Trench to collapse upon the box and bury it for all time!
