I know it is all discouraging and frightening, but where is your faith? Your tagline indicates you have faith! Yes, I believe this intense political struggle is really a spiritual war, but when you read about the American Revolution, I can’t believe that any “sensible” person at the time would have believed the rag tag band of patriots (supported by only 25% of the people in the country) could beat the British. What about the Battle of Britain? I read recently that the English were down to a couple of planes when Hitler gave up. Even listening to Phyllis Schlafly talk about the battle to keep the Equal Rights Amendment from passing is inspiring. We forget but it had a lot of momentum and lost in Illinois by only a vote or two. I just love John 16:33, “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart!
