Gov. Perry of my state (Texas) says no way will Texas go for this.
It would be a long drawn out process, probably not finished until 2013.
It can be struck down by SCOTUS as unconstitutional OR it can be repealed by a Repub majority after Nov. in House and Senate turning obama into a lame duck with him wringing his hands not knowing what happened. It will be quite a blow to his ignorant arrogant little mind when he realizes exactly what American’s will do to take the country back from a socialist pig like himself.
