CNN Reports: Protesters Shout Racial And Gay Slurs At Lewis And Frank (none heard on camera)

“Rising tensions on Capitol Hill” is a cliche in cable news, but it may never have been apt than today. With the House of Representatives currently negotiating a controversial vote on a Senate bill that aims to reform health care, protesters have gathered to voice their opposition to the bill. CNN’s Capitol Hill reporter Dana Bash reports today of personally witnessing epithets being used towards John Lewis (D-GA) and Barney Frank (D-MA) by protesters that had been identified earlier as “Tea Party people.”

The video was hilarious as Dana Bash was so solemn faced that her bubba's--the black coalition and gay coalition members were "supposedly" taunted (although she offered no verification of course).

As I stood in front of the Congressional office buildings with 1000s of teapartiers today, a 40ish couple walked by the throng of scary and endangered voters who also pay taxes.

This couple were wearing the "hope" and "change" editions of the Obama campaign portrait on their tshirts.

As they passed by me the woman said in a scornful, sarcastic voice "white power" and shook her head in disgust at the throng of scary and endangered voters who also pay taxes.

I was immediately pissed off and shouted at her "what a racist thing to say".

I shake my head in disbelief that voters who pay taxes are automatically dismissed as racists by the liberal elite.

Fortunately, it was a good day overall. We surrounded the office buildings in a way that congress has never seen.
