The best way to get at Obama is to challenge him on criminal fraud rather than to try to get him on an eligibility challenge. In a criminal challenge, you don’t need to have standing, and you don’t have to prove where he was born or who his parents were or define natural born citizen, etc.
There are plenty of factors pointing to fraud ... mismatching details between the COLB scans and FactCheck photos, certificate number that is out-of-sequence and virtually impossible to have according to the HI Department of Health, and the refusal by the same Department to confirm the authenticity of the alleged COLB, in spite of having statutory authority and protection to do so. Fraud is an impeachable offense. Once the public learns Obama has committed fraud, they can put pressure on Congress to impeach the little bastard.
Let’s say for a moment I don’t agree with you. For sake of argument, let’s say I’m a Demorat. Wouldn’t I still be interested in knowing who I had in that office? Wouldn’t I still be concerned that maybe he didn’t have the best interests of the country I live in at heart? Apparently, not. I know any number of Demorats who agree with him so completely that they make fun of people like me who want to know. What is it Alinsky taught? Polarize, belittle, humiliate, make fun of? Congress had to have a separate vote on McCain because he was born in Panama on a US base. But nobody in Congress even asked about a man who, on purpose, hid his documentation. What happens when Obama is out of office and the horrible truth comes out? What a mess we’ll have to deal with then. Of course, he’ll have retired to Saudi Arabia and be outside the reach of Western law.
Whatever the case; the BC issue should continue to be challenged; the origins of Obama investigated and the why/how of his rise to power investigated as well. And Obama should be held accountable for whom he pretends to be and for the fraud being perped; by whatever measure.

If there is undeniable proof that Obama was born in another country it would not affect his status as president. The authority that enforces this requirement is the House and they already approved his eligibility. The authority that would overturn his eligibility is the House and they would not impeach him today.
This BC quest is fascinating and could have a devastating affect on the next election but as far as using it as a basis for reversing anything that has occurred, it is a waste of time.

A far cry from, “He grew up in Kansas”. The very first lie was this one and the media stuck with the story a little too long. Details that contradicted this scenario were coming out and the media was still sticking to it.
The reality is we know little about him other than the Kansas story isn’t the truth, he sat in a Marxist Church for 20 years, and he has some really bad personal associations which he tried to downplay.
Yet, if you dare question why the original Kansas lie was made, there is a special label for you...”Birther”. How dumb! You don’t even have to question where he was born to wear this label. If you simply question the original lie....look out....”here’s your sign”. If there is nothing to question why did his whole public narrative begin with a lie?

There are a lot of accusations here, but this one just is not pertinent. Obama claimed membership in the United Church of Christ, formerly the Congregational Church. They do not require Baptism -- merely an "affirmation of faith". And that is essentially meaningless, since each of these congregations is self governing and proud that they swear no creed. His mother was an atheist and wouldn't have had him Baptized in teh first place, so a Baptism certificate would hold no clue as to date or place of birth.
An extensive compendium of questions about Obama eligibility, unfortunately including some that have been debunked or ludicrous IMHO (supposedly illegal to go to Pakistan, Obama supposedly CIA).
The main thing I take away is that as huge numbers of citizens have become enraged at the ObamaCare takeover, desperation to cripple Obama to prevent further depredations will drive exploration of eligibility.
Hopefully support for many new quo warranto (burden is on Obama to prove eligibility) from thousands of newly injured Americans with standing to make the demand will result!

I went to Google and put in this: Linda Bentley birth certificate Obama. At last Linda had got what followers of this subject had been waiting for. 17 actual registrations for selective service about that period. Two registations at the same post office designated as the Barack Obama location. Both showed a FOUR DIGIT figure for the year 1980. The Barack Obama certificate showed two figures offset from where they should have been.
There is evidence that further tampering has occured in this instance. Of course it has been rebutted that there is no requirement in the Constitution to register for selective service. Still the March 3rd last information does raise questions.
