It is not an honorable old hero of the civil rights movement like Rep. John Lewis hearing the kind of racial insults he heard nearly 50 years ago in America. Or other congressmen being spat upon, all in the name of democracy at work.

The MSM is using their role model, Joseph Goebbel's philosophy that if you repeat a lie often enough people will start to believe it.

This is just more proof that journalism schools are only turning out propagandists...not journalists.

He recently began writing a regular political column entitled “Mondays with Mike,” which is strongly liberal in orientation.

Lupica’s column titled “Steve McNair’s face becomes just another victim of gun culture”

Mike Lupica should stick to sports.

This is not "Democrat Party talking points". It is part of a carefully planned strategy the Left is following, in this instance the application of two rules from Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals". It is critical that we implement effective countermeasures to both:

RULE 8: "Keep the pressure on. Never let up."
Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new. (Attack, attack, attack from all sides, never giving the reeling organization a chance to rest, regroup, recover and re-strategize.)

and

RULE 10: "If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive."
Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog. (Unions used this tactic. Peaceful [albeit loud] demonstrations during the heyday of unions in the early to mid-20th Century incurred management's wrath, often in the form of violence that eventually brought public sympathy to their side.)

That's why he lives in New Caanan: Greenwich and Stamford kids grow up Yankees fans. New Caanan is on the front line of Red Sox Nation.

Damn! I spent 10 years in Norwalk, and don't recall more than a handful of non-Yankee fans in the whole of Fairfield County, and most of those were Mets fans. Red Sox fans down there? I thought when I moved out, membership in Red Sox Nation in the area was cut by about 50%

You have to laugh how these people show they are so incapable of accepting dissent. What they want is censorship and they have fooled a lot of people for so long, but if they think they are going to shut up opposing views who don’t fall at the feet of 0bama they have another thing coming. These people are dangerous and proven hypocrites and liars. They are crumbling with their own insanity for all to see.

Liberals can dish it out, but they can't take it - if you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen, effing idiots.

God, I miss the Sun. I bought subscriptions for all my nephews and nieces last year, but it wasn’t enough to save them.

Mike Lupica should stick to sports.

Except for the fact that he sucks at sports. These days, he's writing lame whodunnit novels that nobody reads.

All that matters to me is this, if I ignore things hoping that they go away I will know I am a coward, and I would be dying each day afterwords a thousand times or more.

I chose not to be a coward, and if I’m lucky and smart enough I won’t get arrested or shot, because while the enemies from within our nation chose to ignore our forefathers and the laws of the Constitution, it mandates that I’m obligated to partake in acts and deeds that are instrumental at restoring America. Even if such deeds happen to be defined as illegal or acts of sedition.

Its the definition and who is defining it.Its not sedition when its aimed at the intruders, its called patriotism. Obama is not a legal POTUS, so there is no act of sedition.
