With -- or without -- a US LFBC, Øbozo is ineligible -- unless he lied about who his father is.
Frankly, I believe that many who claim the BC is the solution are DemShills touting it as a smokescreen to hide the fact that -- no matter where he was born, Øbozo's claimed parentage makes him NOT NATURAL BORN!!!

Without a legal BC we don’t even know who Obama’s legal father is.
We need both issues. We need the “natural born” requirement to be defined so secretaries of state can be held accountable for only placing eligible candidates on the ballot. But SCOTUS could use just about any criteria they want in order to define “natural born citizen” so anything that requires a judicial opinion is not an automatic slam dunk.
We do know from what the Hawaii DOH has said that Factcheck is a forgery and the best Hawaii has doesn’t qualify as prima facie evidence. Any fake “original BC” that Obama comes up with has to have a very specific amendment on it, matching the communications the DOH has made so far. And that amendment renders his BC insufficient to be prima facie evidence. Obama was not born in a hospital and neither he nor his mother was seen by a Hawaii doctor within a month of the delivery.
