Support dwindles for bill limiting access to records (Obama’s birth records)
Honolulu Star Bulletin ^ | 4/3/2010 | By Richard Borreca

A move to limit access to public information for people who repeatedly ask for the same documents is moving to a joint House-Senate conference, but support appears to be waning.

The bill, Senate Bill 2937, was the idea of the state Health Department, which has to field daily questions about the birth certificate of President Barack Obama.

Conservative fringe groups on the mainland have bombarded the Health Department with requests for Obama's birth certificate, and when they are told that the document is private and not a public document, many attempt to sue, causing the state to repeatedly defend its position.

The Media Council of Hawaii protested the proposed bill, saying that it could be used to needlessly restrict public information.

Still, the coverup for our Kenyan A-rab POTUS persists.

You would think that once you have entered public life that your life is “public” and thereby you are open to public scrutiny.

The public too have a right, that the right goods contributing to their destiny are in fact being delivered.

In the case of Obama? EVERYTHING has been cloaked, which is a violation of the Johnny Public’s rights to fair, honest , credible government.

Assuming Obama was born in Hawaii (and he probably was), that leaves two reasons for holding back the long form birth certificate. There is some personally embarrassing information (adopted, etc) on it or he’s playing one hell of a “rope a dope” game.

One would think so, but such isn't the case. I got this email this morning. I don't know if it is 100% correct, but it sounds about right:

For too long we have been too complacent about the workings of Congress. Many citizens had no idea that members of Congress could retire with the same pay after only one term, that they didn't pay into Social Security, that they specifically exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed (such as being exempt from any fear of prosecution for sexual harassment) while ordinary citizens must live under those laws. The latest is to exempt themselves from the Healthcare Reform that is being considered...in all of its forms. Somehow, that doesn't seem logical. We do not have an elite that is above the law. I truly don't care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent or whatever. The self-serving must stop. This is a good way to do that. It is an idea whose time has come.

The email ended by saying to pass it on to 20 people.

I say if we’re gonna go for a COnstitutional amendment, this is the way to go...an amendment that states that membes of the Congress and Fedgov MUST be subject to the same laws thy place on the rest of us.

We should just accept the COLB forgery as his true birth document.

It shows Resident Obama NOT to be a Natural Born Citizen.

I resent being called a “fringe group.” The Tea Partiers I’ve met are the cream of our society; active duty and retired military, doctors, housewives who have never before in their lives gone to a political event. Fringe, to me, are those dirty hippies who read Saul Alinsky and have doffed their tie-dyed blue jeans and become “respectable” democrats.

Who, I ask you, have friends who bombed the Pentagon and killed cops? Not one of the Tea Partiers, I’ll wager. But we know the POTUS has close relations with the former “fringe” that are now “respected professors.” Respected by whom, I wonder?

I believe eventualy it will be shown he played it “three ways”...hence the coverup.

Probably presented himself as a foreign student ( Indonesian) to get financial backing at Occidental), presented him as Kenyan-born to gain status there and internationally, and obviously presented himself as Hawiian born to get elected ( by the media) POTUS.

Probably has the messiest trial of documentation, faked, real, partially real, that you can imagine. (remember that SS# that is linked to his Chicago address but also to a deceased Connecticut man?)

Some of the statements in that e-mail are false. Full retirement takes way more than on 2 year term; I believe they must pay into social (in)security. Otherwise, it is true that many laws they pass contain specific exemptions and exclusions for Congress. Many are proper, harmless, whatever - but others amount to voting perks for themselves at the public trough.

We were privy to the details of Jimmy Carter's hemorrhoids, so why not Obama's records?

Don't they both fall under the Rectal Transparency principle?

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure we'll have to wait 30 or 40 years to find out.

I can’t believe that you used ‘respectable’ and ‘democrats’ in the same sentence.

IMHO the burden lies with him and our burden is to see that he performs. No rhetoric that he complies just proof that all of us would be required to produce to become even a scout, little league ball player or 4-H member. Right now he’s scamming us with Dem support and concealment.

“Conservative ‘fringe’ groups”

There ya go. They start off, right out of the gate, trying to marginalize anyone who has questions about O.
