The language is in the enjoined bill (HR 4872) that was sent to Obama for signature (Public Law 111-152). It’s on page 1014, Line 8 and page 1017, Line 3. The final bill is not yet posted online. Thomas refers you to the enjoined bill.

I am confused there seems to be 3 different bills is the one with all the text?

Ok I have read it. Basically what it is saying is there will be a registry for recording devices that have been used or will be used by patients.

Class III device
Class II device that is implantable, life supporting, or life sustaining.

Such as heart valves, defibulators, etc. Also records of prescriptions and other records.

It does not mean they are going to implant a chip in us.
