Drudge: OBAMA TELLS WORLD: USA WILL NOT USE NUKES IN SELF-DEFENSE
Marcus Tullius Cicero
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague."

It would be ironic if the first strikes wipes his supporters off the face of the Earth, which certainly would be the case. But a more serious analysis of this latest announcement causes our allies worry. The US of Obama ain't a deterrent to the use of nuclear weapons against them anymore.
The ultimate foreign policy destructive dilemma.

“Who authored this document?”
The same criminal elements that fronted Obama. The same criminal elements that see the entire World as their playground once the playground monitor is knocked out.
Without the USA, the entire Free World is at risk.

Anything Obama signs is not a valid treaty until ratified.
0bama carries the “Football” and he is the one who authorizes retaliation.

It might even be a wake up call to some of our 'allies' *coughs France* that the 60 year bubble under US backing is about to pop. Or, in common parlance: Be careful what you wish for.....

Obama is undermining US sovereignty — that’s the overriding principle of his foreign policy, as well as his economic policies.

Our nuclear weapons armed allies, Britain and France worry but not so much. Israel worries a lot and India and Pakistan are more worried about each other as well as the threat from the PRC and everyone worries about their renegade surrogate, the DPRK. The former CCCP sits back in the shadows of looming nuke weapons proliferation in Iran, their client, and watches while they profit.
The countries that ought to worry most are Italy, Greece and Saudi Arabia and the Emirates. A launch from Iran against Israel might well turn out to be a multiple launches against southern Europe and the Mid East to create total chaos.
Cui bono?

If I recall high school "civics" correctly, there is no treaty until the Senate votes that there is one. The Republicans can hold this one up forever.

If the US’ sovereignty is lost, who rules? The UN? Or are we to become a vassal state to his benefactors and cronies.

With each passing day a new outrage. This man is not an American. Its as if China, Cuba or North Korea sent someone here to govern the country.I think this is the Birthers whole point.
