Yep, no “one and done” players in this one.

Yeah Duke. My bracket, on life support after first two rounds, came in 2nd out of 88 brackets.

Dumb luck on my part. I just picked Duke all the way through because I thought they had the easiest road to the championship game.

There was some stat a few years ago where there were like 6 or 7 game-ending late/last second ACC referee calls involving Duke over a period of years and that in all of them the refs came back and said that they erred by making those call or decisions which by the way benefited Duke.

Would Hayward’s shot been “The Greatest Shot of All Time”?

It would've brought Valvano back from the dead, looking for someone to hug.

You’re right. My bust. I played ball against one of Butler’s assistants in high school each summer, so this one was personal.

Haters hate, but there’s no way we got all the calls. Duke - 2010 National Champions!!!

Guess the National Championship Trophy has to travel only about 8 miles.

No hate here. I’ve spent my years as a referee in sports. My two cents, which is IMHO, breaks went to Duke, especially at the end.

"EVERY questionable call went to Duke."

If Howard (Butler center) had made a least 2 more points off of the free throw opportunities that he had the outcome may have been different. It was a pretty even game overall by two good teams. Congrats to both teams.

If they called Zoobek for his last push of Howard to the ground Butler would have won...but oh well, Coach K must have naked pic of people or something

We see it different.
Tonight was the first game in which Butlers opponent actually got some calls.

I wish Michigan State was given those calls. Easy for Butler to control tempo when on their defensive end they NEVER get called for hacking and reach in fouls, while on the other end they get those calls.

Note to media: Butler was a 5 seed not a 16 seed, so quit with the “David and Goliath” nonsense.

The medias coverage and bias of Butler reminded me of how they cover Obama.

To make things worse AS i TYPE Jennifer Hudson IS OVER SINGING AS USUAL.

THAT was the most glaring break given to Duke that I saw. Plus the “non” intentional foul and a few others.

I like Coach K and Hayward. But for sports’ sake, I wish that shot had gone in! People would have talked about that game for fifty years!

Still, there is a "one and done" in the White House. I will spit every time I say his name for the rest of my life.

“EVERY questionable call went to Duke.”

I don’t agree. I thought the officials called an even game.

And except for a terrible blocking foul that should have been charging, Butler would have lost to Murray State in round 2.

Great game by both teams tonight.

Duke's coach makes more than twice Butler's entire budget, I believe.

Zoubek committed a pretty bad foul at the Duke end near the end of the game that should have been called.

Not calling an intentional foul by the duke player was a good call.

The call that really hurt and was a very bad call, especially give the time-score situation was the charge call on Butler when Schier clearly was not set.

Other than that it was a fairly well officiated game.

Did you see that ‘hard screen’ set on Singler. He got blind-sided pretty well.
