The American people have not made up their mind about Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility for office, but CBS and the New York Times sure have.
If you're not 100 percent convinced, you believe in "myths."
But the headline is hardly the only problem with this first-ever Big Media poll on the issue of Barack Obama's legal qualifications for the presidency.
This is how the question was asked – of both self-described tea partiers and others: Do you think President Obama was born in the U.S. or another country?
I suppose that information may be of some interest to the folks at CBS and the New York Times. But it is hardly the relevant question. The relevant question is whether Obama or anyone else has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that he is constitutionally eligible to serve as a "natural born citizen."(continued)

I am very doubtful that the true story of the One’s birth is the same story as the one the MSM parrot. I also don’t like that no one from the press has actually reported on the details of the One’s life. We are expected to believe his own poorly written version or the one authored by the impartial Bill Ayers. Why can’t we see any material from his college days including credible interviews with friends, neighbors, teachers, landlords, etc.. How about transcripts of grades, term papers, published articles, etc... What about shool papers that Moms and Grandmas save. How about trophys from basketball, soccer, baseball. Is there a coach that knows anything about him. Our press heros will have had 4 years to work on this stuff between presidential elections.
The MSM has used more ink speculating whether Trig Palin was born to Sarah Palin than if Barack is a US citizen.

It's MUCH more than seeds, it's a fullgrown out of control evergrowing movement, getting larger by all increments of measurement. Since most people don't read or watch CBS/Times or contribute to their polls, CBS/Times is using data /polls populated by a readership/Viewing audience devoid of middle America sentiment. Besides, everyone KNOWS it's government run media and 75-80% of us have NO CONFIDENCE in anything they publish or broadcast.

If it's a non-issue for the president, all he has to do is make it available along with his educational documents and prove he is legitimately elected.
If he continues to shirk the multitude of requests for same, either he is hiding something OR he is knowingly taunting the citizens who elected to office, in which cases, discovery is a legitimate and rational consequence of his failure to comply. The bigger question is whether the politicians, courts and judges are complicit with whatever scheme or deception is at hand.
If they are concerned what will occur if he is found to be ineligible for office, there is nothing Americans cannot handle. If the democrat party did not fully vet this president or knew of his ineligibility prior to his nomination, another election would be appropriate in light of that transgression.
So if a case involving Obama’s/aka Barry Soetoro actually did make it to SCOTUS, wouldn’t the justice(s) appointed by Obama have to recuse themselves from hearing the case since they have a vested interest in the outcome of the case (namely the validity of their own appointments to SCOTUS)? Of course, it wouldn’t be surprising if they tried to cast a vote on the case anyway.

The media elite are wieners.
And sedition and treason charges for Pelosi and Reid along with Obama. But this govt can sure be counted on to protect it's own. We all learned that from Clink's impeachment. That's why this will be stonewalled until hell freezes over. From both sides.
