Good News - Larry has been reinstated as a Sergeant, USMC!!
Bad News - He's still being held in Leavenworth WITHOUT CHARGES - isn't this unconstitutional?
The Govt has until May 22 to make a decision, so Larry is being held until 5/22/2010.
