In an automated one-question survey of likely Republican voters conducted for the Nevada News Bureau on April 22 by PMI, Inc., U.S. Senate candidate Sue Lowden earned 41 percent of the vote compared to 24 percent for Danny Tarkanian, 17 percent for Sharron Angle and 18 percent who prefer someone else.
The poll question read as follows:
This is a one question voter information survey being conducted by the Nevada News Bureau. If the election were held today in the Republican primary for United States senate would you vote for Sharron Angle, Sue Lowden, Danny Tarkanian or do you prefer someone else?
For Sharron Angle press 1, for Sue Lowden press 2, for Danny Tarkanian press 3, or if you would prefer someone else press 4.
2,675 individuals participated in the poll, and the survey has a + or 5% margin of error.
According to a Mason-Dixon GOP primary survey taken in early April in which pollsters floated all the Republican candidates for U.S Senate and questioned 300 Republicans, Lowden drew 45 percent of the vote while Tarkanian earned 27 percent and Angle pulled in just 5 percent. Chad Christensen earned 4 percent, John Chachas earned 3 percent and 16 percent were undecided.
The Mason Dixon survey had a +/- 6% margin of error.
Aw man........I like Danny Tarkanian. I’m disappointed. But, like you say: ANYBODY BUT REID.
BTW, the last poll also shows Lowden beating Reid by 8 percentage points.
I think the only thing that will put Reid back in office is “election corruption” on behalf of the DemocRATS!!!
I like Sue Lowden
but im not in your state. so I really have no dog in this fight.
Keep in mind that Lowden is a former journalista from Southern Nevada. It’s quite different in the Northern neck of the woods where Angle is stronger.
Sharron Angle is a loose cannon, Dirty Harry wants to compete with her because he has a better chance of winning.
I am from NV and a freeper.
Yes, and I lived in Nevada and know Angle. I know what you’re talking about, but Lowden has RINO written all over her. My in-laws knew her from way back too. They lived down there in Lowden country for many a year.
Anybody but Reid

Wrong. Lowden supported Reid every year. She’s just a female replacement, other than that, just the same.
Need to look elsewhere and support and donate to the real conservative in that race.
oh, ok so how does that change what I said....Do you support Harry Reid???? your comment baffles me...
Lowden has RINO written all over her
6. Do you believe that Americans have a right to own, use and carry weapons of military pattern, and will you use the prestige of elected office to publicly promote that right?
Lowden: I believe people have the right to purchase and lawfully use military-style weapons, but I also believe local jurisdictions and private property owners should have the right to restrict individuals from carrying military-style weapons in certain circumstances. In other words, if property owners on the Las Vegas Strip see a major tourism deterrent existing by somebody carrying an M-16 out in the open, they should be able to disallow such carrying.

Lowden would be better than Reid, but why settle when you have conservatives running in Nevada. Of course, that’s up to Nevadans isn’t it, but then again it also affects the Nation.
Lowden has name recognition, and she’ll probably get elected, and I hope she follows through on all that campaign rhetoric. But once in D.C. things always change with RINOs.
Tarkanian or Angle, but it isn’t up to me.
I think any of the candidates will beat Angle. I personally favor both Tark and Angle. Lowden isn’t horrible just I think she is a bit soft. I want straight talkers and straight walkers. All chickens aside.
