The Omaha PD has already stated that he had a CC permit. I know, my post was that if the customer had not had that permit; and had reacted in exactly the same way ... he'd be under arrest or under investigation at a minimu.
I fail to see how the CC permit is not an infraction on the 2nd Ammendment.

Am I missing something? The article says “Harry J. McCullough Cited For Possessing Weapon Withour [sic] Proper Permit.”
However, this is a perfect example of being judged by 12 instead of carried by 6.
