The media HOPES it’s a “white male in his 40s.” However, like you, I see nothing suspicious. I see guys take off outer shirts all the time if it’s a hot day and they have a short-sleeved one underneath. Wasn’t NYC hot and humid that day? Hard to tell much from this grainy video. Can’t tell much about skin color, but hair is dark.
Unless they have something better than this or can improve this over what we see here there is no way they can say thats a “white male in his 40s.”
