So either Linda’s recollection has evolved over the years and her “facts” are wrong, or not only is the DOH in Hawaii and the governor’s office complicit in hiding the original 1961 COLB, but they are hiding public statements/news releases as well.

There has never been any news release saying this from Lingle and Fukino.
