Hawaii governor announces 'exact' place of Obama birth

..... the governor of Hawaii is now publicly voicing the alleged exact location of Obama's birth, saying "the president was, in fact, born at Kapi'olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii"

The disclosure is believed to be the first time a state government official has declared the precise place where Obama was born, despite numerous other published claims, including some for a different hospital in Honolulu.

The remark came Sunday night when Gov. Linda Lingle, a Republican, was interviewed on New York's WABC Radio by host Rabbi Shmuley Boteach. (The subject was addressed at the 77-minute mark HERE.)

If the Kenyan Village Idiotwas born in a Hawaiian Hospital, then he wouldn’t have a Short Form Certificate of Live Birth! The short form is only to be used for those born allegely in Hawaii, but Not in a Medical Facility where a Doctor or other Medical Practioner is in attendance and witnesses the Birth!....This is turning into a Reeking Stench!..:-)

(a) To protect the integrity of vital statistics records, to ensure their proper use, and to ensure the efficient and proper administration of the vital statistics system, it shall be unlawful for any person to permit inspection of, or to disclose information contained in vital statistics records, or to copy or issue a copy of all or part of any such record, except as authorized by this part or by rules adopted by the department of health.

It sure looks that way. And she instructed her health director to break the law as well.

My kids did a class about presidents and my oldest asked the teacher how did obama do at school.

guess what , the teacher had no clue what grades because obama has not released them and he is the only president as of now who the public does not know

I took a quick look at the link and saw two posts right off that didn’t take this comment on faith (the way faithers and sand heads believe Obama was born in Hawaii) but instead are asking to see documented proof in the form of a real birth certificate.

Sort of. It says, Disclosure is required for "Information collected and maintained for the purpose of making information available to the general public." I take this to mean that when a department puts together a public report, the information that was used for the report can be requested and must be disclosed. It's not clear whether this applies to public statements and/or comments made to the press. Second, there seems to be some protection for private documents, although it's supposed to be outweighed by public interest. Nevertheless, there should be no reason to keep Obama's birth records private if they are legitimate.
