Could you translate that into English?............... London in 1802 was a lot like the U.S. today with stagnant institutions and a lot of godless apathy.
Wordsworth was wishing for another John Milton to come around and get their minds right.
Milton was the poet Khan quoted at the end of the Star Trek TV episode where he first made his appearance.
