CNN places eligibility in primetime spotlight

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is the highest-ranking active-duty officer to refuse to obey orders based on President Obama's eligibility.
CNN, one of the mainstream media outlets that have either belittled or ignored the question of Barack Obama's eligibility to be president since before the 2008 election, tonight gave the topic a primetime spotlight as Anderson Cooper defended the computer-generated online image of a Certificate of Live Birth that lists a 1961 Hawaii birth for the president.
Cooper dominated the combative interview, demanding answers from Lakin, telling his lawyer, Paul Rolf Jensen, to let his client answer and then forging ahead with his own arguments.
Lakin was able to explain that it is a constitutional issue that applies to the presidency.
"I submitted Article 138 [requests]," he said. "It was the only way I could research the issue. I was asking and begging my leadership for guidance on how to address this issue.
"It's fundamental to the Constitution. My oath of office is to the Constitution. I believe we need the truth on this matter," he said.
Cooper also cited the online "Certification of Live Birth" as proof of Obama's Hawaii birth. Jensen responded that the law in the state created opportunities for individuals to obtain the Hawaii records – Cooper kept referring to the "Certification" as a "Certificate" – without having been born in the state.
The COLB is "an official document," Cooper claimed.
"That is not correct," said Jensen.
Cooper also accused Lakin of following "false" information about Obama. Jensen urged Cooper to "tell the truth to your viewers."

I watched it. Anderson Cooper showed what a cover up looks like. Sooner or later the truth will come out about Obama
being born in Kenya, and since da-da’s not a citizen, there’s no way he can be a natural born citizen. We don’t know if his da-da is Barack Sr. or Frank Davis the Commie. Looks just like Frank Davis to me.
Our nation has gone so far astray that the government calls people who ask for the truth “truthers” - a different kind of species and one to laugh at. Can divine judgement be far away?
Besides the obvious answer that he doesn't need to, you have to understand that the document he has released is a certified copy, which clearly shows the city of his birth. This has been confirmed as accurate by Hawaii's Republican Governor and the Department of Health.
Obama released the electronic copy, because that's what Hawaii now gives people, since they went completely electronic several years ago. For all intents and purposes, it is his "real" birth certificate.

Sorry, the OBVIOUS elephant in the middle of the room is Obama’s refusal to release the genuine article. not a computer generated doc produced in 2007 with no hospital or doctor that is NOT acceptable for basic legal requirements.

To help you, this is what Obozo received, if he was born in a hospital in any state of the USA.
Also, there have been numerous reports that the “Certification” that Obozo has, can be obtained by people not born in Hawaii.

If it weren't acceptable for legal purposes, then the State of Hawaii wouldn't hand them out. Janice Okubo of the Hawaii Department of Health said the electronic document "contains all the information needed by all federal government agencies for transactions requiring a birth certificate" and that the U.S. Supreme Court recognizes it "as an official birth certificate meeting all federal and other requirements."
This is true. But they ignore the fact that the Certification of Live Birth clearly shows he was born in Hawaii, not a foreign country. Also, Dr. Fukino of the Department of health has said she has "seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen."

The COLB released is not the “vault” certificate. There is no hospital, doctor indicated. By Hawaii’s own laws, the COLB is not sufficient to establish native Hawaiian birth.
BO claims to have an original - folded - in his first book. Why not just produce it for examination by legit experts? Why spend millions to avoid the question?
I don’t know where or under what circumstances he was born nor do I care. I do care that he is hiding many aspects of his early years - he is not the person as advertised.
Hawaii has already fallen all over themselves in some very murky ways—their cred is sinking fast. They are scrambling by obvious executive dictate.Their claims that they have “SEEN” the docs when law prohibits this except by permission of the individual raises eyebrows.
Case after case on this board and others of individuals required to present their LONG FORM BCs for visas and all other legal requirements abound.

Luckily I found this out a few days in advance and still had time to get an official Birth Certificate.
So the answer is NO, a COLB is not equal to a Birth Certificate.
