Obama is coming for your X-box.

Because it's a "distraction" from talking about, following or obsessing over him.

So lets see where will America be in ten years?

Will they be more free in Communist China? Or Socialist America?

Never mind the diversions of blame, racism, and wealth envy.

Zer0 needs to get A golf game for his X-box. Willy Gates could give him one for Mothers’ Day.

Right.

Since those nasty little X-boxes are imposing such strains on our democracy.

Which we DON’T have. We have a Representative Republic...

Maybe O should go back and take some history classes.

“With iPods and iPads and Xboxes and PlayStations, — none of which I know how to work — information becomes a distraction, a diversion, a form of entertainment, rather than a tool of empowerment, rather than the means of emancipation,” Obama said. ...

“It could only work if each of us stayed informed and engaged, if we held our government accountable, if we fulfilled the obligations of citizenship.”

And didn’t his whole Presidential campaign run on “new media”??????

About how he was with this young generation and he knew about all these devices and was with the internet generation compared to that crotchety old Mccain?

Now he says he doesn’t even know how to work an i-pod?

The kids asked a lot of questions, including one about what kind of music the first lady likes.
“Oh, that's a good question. I like all kinds of music,” she said. “All right, so this is what's in my iPod, some of the stuff that's in my iPod. I love Stevie Wonder.” Other artists she named: the late Michael Jackson and “I've got some Rihanna, I've got some Beyonce — I love Beyonce. Oh, yeah, I love some Beyonce. I've got some new Usher on my CD. I'm trying to relate the things that are on there that you could connect with. Sting, anyone? Sting? No?”

Sounds like they are warming up the old “we didn’t get our message out” excuse for their upcoming drubbing at the polls.

Laughable as always.

IPOD | Candidate’s playlist ranges from Jay-Z to Dylan to Yo-Yo Ma — ‘I have pretty eclectic tastes’
Comments

June 26, 2008

BY ASSOCIATED PRESS

WASHINGTON — Bob Dylan. Yo-Yo Ma. Sheryl Crow. Jay-Z. These aren’t musical acts in a summer concert series: They’re artists featured on Barack Obama’s iPod.

Growing up in the ‘70s, Obama said, he listened to the Rolling Stones, Elton John and Earth, Wind & Fire. Stevie Wonder is his musical hero from the era. The Stones’ ‘’Gimme Shelter’’ tops his favorites from the band.

The Illinois senator’s playlist contains these musicians, along with about 30 songs from Dylan and the singer’s ‘’Blood on the Tracks’’ album. Jazz legends Miles Davis, John Coltrane and Charlie Parker are also in the mix.

(snip)

All I know is I have started watching a whole lot less tv because his grating voice and ugly mug is on every freakin’ channel. I turned to Animal Planet one day to get away from his grating voice and wouldn’t you know it they were doing a show on the Portuguese Water Dog.

Keep away from my ipod you POS narcissistic ahole.
