PHOENIX (AP) -- Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer signed a bill targeting a school district's ethnic studies program on Tuesday, hours after a report by United Nations human rights experts condemned the measure.
State schools chief Tom Horne, who has pushed the measure for years, said a Tucson school district program promotes "ethnic chauvinism" and racial resentment toward whites while segregating students by race.

Good for her!
I don’t know much about this but anything against the U.N. is OK with me. Go Arizona.
Jan, you’re the best guv ever!
UN, you suck. Get out of my country!
Anything that goes against the UN is cool.
“Ethnic Studies” and its equivalent destroyed many a country.
Yes, she is doing very well, but remember she couldn’t do this without a GOP legislature and senate here in AZ, a lot of these bills were already passed before and vetoed by Nappy, we really caught an Arizona break when Nappy went to DC.
This bill is right in line with federal law, just like the immigration law.
I predict many leftist heads will explode tomorrow. This bill needs to apply to the leftist rants spewing out of university ethnic and woman study classes.
Mayhap America is waking up, one news story at a time.
I am seriously liking this woman, Gov. Jan Brewer.
ROTFLMAO!!! The UN is a complete joke... Iran given the commission on Women's Rights? LOL!!!
Keep embarrassing yourselves LIBERALS!!!
They framed the situation very well.
I love that, it was what I immediately said upon reading the AZ bill, and if my Facebook wall message! Love it.
cleaning house...hope they keep going...
I’m starting to believe this woman is presidential material. WTG Gov Brewer.
“Oh, and lets stop this tenure business. Bye bye lib professors. Leave our kids alone”
Bears repeating. Let’s get this reformation/restoration done, and get back to our founding principles of self-reliance, patriotism, and limited government. Yes!
I recall being at a college that went from integration to ethnic studies collectives. Before - students of all races found in all classrooms and lunchrooms and cafes all over campus. After - ‘zones’ where African American studies students met or Latino dorms or Arab student council meetings. It really did set back integration quite a bit. I was sorry to see integration leave but I bet the race hustlers held parties to celebrate.
