I used to live there. ;-)
Thanks. Got it.
Same goes for the Weather Channel links I posted earlier: you need to refresh the page. I forgot to mention it too.
Tornado already reported in Dewey Co, Oklahoma.
I’ve had the waether channel on since I got up and I’m in Phoenix.....seemed like they were rootin for weather too.......it’s clouding up to be sure but was clear as the constitution this morn
Don’t worry, the Annointed One still won’t come and offer his condolences and support, even if there’s a repeat of the 1999 Moore, Oklahoma storm, which killed dozens of people and had the highest wind speed ever recorded with a tornado.
Remember: if you’re in a Red State and suffer a natural disaster under O’s watch, you’re on your own. If you don’t believe me, just ask the good people of Oklahoma (who suffered through that previous round of deadly storms), Yazoo City, MS and Nashville.
On the other hand, how long would it take the Pretender-in-Chief to visit disaster victims in New York, LA, Chicago or Detroit?
I hope you find her soon.
Stay safe.
I watched the weather channel today and they basically said all hell was going to break loose there tonight..
At 7pm, I see three (3) Doppler vortex signatures N & E of OKC — and a sizeable cell headed right for OKC...
Heads up in Tulsa.......
Bumping this again, Tulsa you’re about to get the hammer of God, get safe now....
I chased on the 10th; would I be out of line suggesting that some FReepers are weather FReaks?? Like myself??
We just received heavy rain in Norman. Looked like the storms switched here south of OKC to outflow instead of inflow. We didn’t get any hail just heavy rain.
This is getting a bit much recently. Guess we are making up for a couple of years with little tornado activity.
What a crazy year for weather. It started with the blizzard the day before Christmas that looked more like a hurricane in its rotation and dumped 13 inches of snow on us. The blizzard dropped on us about 30 minutes after the warning and went all the way north to the Canadian border.
Strange year for weather!
Yes, remembering that blizzard. Weather has certainly been an attention getter all right. Normal early spring flowers are just now blooming, about a month later than normal. Wonder if the summer will be blazing hot and humid or cooler than normal. Strange indeed.
