I went back to the entire Web 2.0 conference and got the whole thing so I could figure it out — and from what I could see of the speech and that interview there (and there were a lot of people there at that conference), I couldn’t see that, at all. What I saw was supporting Free Speech... (in a technical manner) in that all packets on the Internet would be treated equally, regardless of their content... everyone the same ... no content restriction ... that’s what I see.

You are crazy. This is what Carly Fiorina said in the video link I gave you. It's the same video of Fiorino's face plastered on the top of FR threads you see.

Question: How do you think the World Wide Web (WWW)/Internet should be governed or should it be regulated?

Fiorina: We need to acknowledge the WWW and the Internet cannot be forever a sphere apart. The World Wide Web cannot be forever the wild wild west. The online world would begin to be more and more regulated.

This viewpoint expressed by Fiorino is clearly anti-free speech.
