My computer overheats, I had the same problem. Upon disassembly, I found the heat sink fins adjacent to the processor were full of dust and hair. If you have an air compressor, just insert your air nozzle and reverse blow the air flow path. That will clean it out nicely. Otherwise, you'll have to take it apart to clean. Made a HUGE improvement.
