BP’s attempt to plug the Gulf oil leak with mud and cement has failed, yet another setback in the company’s attempt to stop the crude from further fouling waters, wildlife and marshland. The gusher has spilled between 18 million and 40 million gallons of oil into the sea over the past five weeks.
What is different this time?
I thought they moved westward in the Pacific but apparently not all of them.
