"He's a soldier and he speaks from his heart," Stone said. "His vision is huge. ... And he will go down in history."

"This is a positive portrayal of a man who Americans do not have access to," Stone said. "He is demonized in the American and European press as a monster."

Stone, you're an assclown

Is there any law on the books that people can be stripped (native born) of their citizenship and kicked out of the country? Anyone know?

I thinks it’s time we retire that old saying- “I Don’t Agree With What You Say but I’ll defend to the death your right to say it”.

Why is it that Stone doesn’t live in Caracas, again?

Hey stone, you azzhole. Try this:

Go down to Venezuela and say ONE bad thing about chavez. Even something as trivial as “he has bad taste in socks.”

You’ll be dead before you finish saying that. And the world will be better for it.

“Stone heaped praise on Chavez, saying he is leading a movement for “social transformation” in Latin American.”

He would like to ‘transform’ the USA as well, with Obama’s help.

Marxists Hugo Chavez & Fidel Castro Join Obama to Denounce Arizona Immigration Law

We’ve seen this before…
Last year, Barack Obama and Marxists Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro worked together to pressure Honduras to reinstate corrupt Leftist Mel Zelaya as president.
It didn’t happen.

This week these same champions of human rights once again joined with Barack Obama, this time to denounce the Arizona immigration law.
FOX News reported:

On the heels of Mexican President Felipe Calderon’s speech slamming Arizona’s immigration law, Cuban leaders and Venezuela’s president are adding to the chorus and calling the law ‘racist and xenophobic” – but they’re carrying their own human rights baggage.

Cuban parliamentarians passed a resolution last week denouncing Arizona’s new law as “racist and xenophobic,” as well as a “brutal violation of human rights.” Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, meanwhile, reportedly blasted the law through his minister of foreign affairs, demanding that it be “repealed” and that America move away from its “old habits of racism.”

Foreign Minister Nicolas Maduro said immigrants in the U.S. are treated in a manner that’s “inconsistent with human rights … a perennial violation against our fellow Latin Americans,” CNSNews.com reported.

Ira Mehlman, spokesman for the Federation for American Immigration Reform, said those criticisms are misguided given the state of human rights in both Cuba and Venezuela.

“They’re not fair and they are obviously politically motivated,” Mehlman said. “Obviously, [Chavez and Cuban lawmakers] do not have the best interests of the United States at heart. They have appalling human rights records and their criticisms ought not to be taken seriously.”

Another left wing socialist hypocrite from Hollywood. He is admiring a socialist thug clown who has destroyed his country. Is Stone going to forfeit the profits from his movies and give it for the “greater good” that those stupid socialists love to talk about?

“South of the Border”? Why not call it “Triumph of the Will 2”? Oliver Stone wants to be Chavez’s Leni Riefenstahl.

(Leni was a much better film maker than Stone will ever be.)

This Communist moron ought to be forced to spend the rest of his life in Venezuela.

Does think this lying Marxist is going to reveal these facts about Chavez in his film?

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2009/04/21/record-serves-reminder-hugo-chavezs-human-rights-transgressions/

A 2006 State Department report on human rights documented a slew of abuses, including data implicating Chavez's security forces in about 6,000 killings over five years.

The department's annual Country Report on Human Rights practices released in March 2008 cited The Venezuelan Program of Action and Education in Human Rights statistic of 165 unlawful killings by Chavez security forces from October 2006 through September 2007.

The group reported that it received 11 complaints of torture and 692 complaints of cruel or degrading treatment during the same period, which was actually a decline from the year before.

"Reports of beatings and other humiliating treatment of suspects during arrests were common and involved various law enforcement agencies," reads the 2008 State Department report.

Alarms have been raised recently about Chavez's crackdown on his political opponents.

Manuel Rosales, mayor of Maracaibo, dropped out of sight a few weeks ago after the government filed corruption charges against him. Supporters said he had gone into hiding, and FOX News learned Tuesday that he is seeking political asylum in Peru.

He's not alone. Antonio Ledezma, another Chavez opponent, was elected mayor of Caracas in 2008 but is being barred from his office by his own police force, which attacked him when he tried to enter it.

"What's going on is persecution," said Susan Purcell, director of the Center for Hemispheric Policy at the University of Miami.

The crackdown began after Chavez won the battle to remove presidential term limits, amending the nation's constitution in a February referendum.<

What is there to admire about all the Oliver?

I wonder whether when someone like Stone who has a way to express himself on national media is prevented from seeing the whole picture of socialism and its down side, or is he and others like him, like Sean Penn, Danny Glover and Harry Belafonte really such damned fools?

Oliver Stone should indeed move to Venezuela, and just be a part of the commie-thug dictatorship he obviously admires so much. The traitorous scumbag is clearly unworthy of breathing clean, free American air.

a.k.a. Annihilating the middle class. For all their rhetoric about the "rich," the hardcore Left is most focused on destroying the middle class.
