—Finally, Kaus offered to accept an administration job offer to the Department of Education to write “a scathing report” on California teachers’ unions and their deleterious impact on the state.

Actually, everybody over the age of 30 (for the Senate) and over the age of 25 for the House of Representatives should be contacting the Obama White House list a list of jobs they would be willing to accept in exchange for not running against an Obama favorite.
