Top military secrets, including a U.S.-South Korea war plan to counter a North Korean invasion, may have been given to Pyongyang by a South Korean Army major general spy, according to an investigation by military authorities.

The major general, only identified as Kim, was being questioned by military authorities on charges of providing top confidential information to North Korea. The Defense Security Command asked the military’s General Court Martial to issue a detention warrant against Kim on Tuesday.

The Nork’s have our counter attack battle plans, while our current commander is sometimes referred to as Bambi. Those circumstances historically have probably guaranteed an invasion or at least a surrender. Oh, and on top of that, the Nork’s have nukes.

“Army general accused of spying for N. Korea”
By Park Si-soo
Staff reporter

SNIPPET: “The military and state intelligence agency are investigating a two-star army general on suspicion of leaking classified information to North Korea, the defense ministry said Friday.

SNIPPET: “It also came just days after the prosecution arrested a female North Korean for stealing “confidential” information about the National Police Agency and various private firms using people she met through Internet chat rooms. She entered the country by disguising herself as a defector.

The investigation of the general opened after security authorities had two South Koreans in custody Thursday — a former executive of a local defense firm and a former secret agent surnamed Park — on charges of handing military secrets to the communist North after receiving operational funds.

Park acquired military information through the general, relayed it to a North Korean agent in China, and received an unspecified amount of money. Investigators will try to determine if Kim and Park had accomplices.

In April, two North Korean spies were caught attempting to enter the country, also claiming to be defectors. They were seeking to assassinate Hwang Jang-yup, the highest-ranking North Korean defector here.”

Fixing the first half of the snippet in post no. 11:

“The military and state intelligence agency are investigating a two-star army general on suspicion of leaking classified information to North Korea, the defense ministry said Friday.

The major general, identified only as Kim, had allegedly handed sensitive information to a former South Korean intelligence agent recruited by North Korea, according to prosecutors and investigators at the Defense Security Command (DSC).”

The North Korean stooges were worked into a frenzy by their Russian advisors, who told them to run the table and take the whole works before adequate UN forces could be brought in. The NK’s top general disagreed, saying look, they (meaning the US) have a lot of experience with large amphibious invasions, and it’s a freakin’ peninsula. It went ahead anyway, and the amphibious counterattack worked beautifully. By the time the major combat ended, the Chinese “volunteer” forces had dropped 100s of 1000s of dead. Each Chinese “volunteer” had been given a ten pound bag of rice for his sole provision. The idea was, as those around got killed, there’d be plenty of leftover rice to salvage.

This treason probably would not affect the outcome of the battle - but it may increase allied casualties!
