And how can a air fuel bomb work under water, there isn’t any air.

Significant.

Think of the sea floor as a steam radiator, and the oil is the hot water under pressure within. A tiny hole has been drilled in the radiator shell, and a little stream of the contents is seeping out. Now tape a stick of dynamite to the little hole and detonate it.

What are the odds you'll fix the radiator leak?

Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

This guy is a fool! A nuclear bomb at that pressure will fracture the earth and create million of creaks and release thousands of more oil. You cannot use methods that work above sea level, at these depths with all the pressure.
