Yes..that could possibly be...but meanwhile whoever is pulling all the strings, and likewise Bo's as well...will not go down, Bo will be the fall guy and likely planned for from the beginning.

Additionally by the time this all would go thru the courts Bo and his cohort's will continue their agenda to destroy the country...the most that will do is slow him down..maybe..but only if they also add onto his dereliction of duty and treasonous decisions...all that he has done.
