(Reuters) - Last month was the warmest May on record, the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said on Tuesday.

It was also the 303rd consecutive month that was hotter than the 20th century global average for that month, according to Deke Arndt, chief of the climate monitoring at NOAA's National Climatic Data Center.

"Since February 1985, every single month has been warmer than its 20th century average," Arndt said by telephone from Asheville, North Carolina.

After a warm spring we haven’t seen the sun once in June and the temperatures are way below normal. It all balances out.

Central California has been very cool this spring. Only one weekend of >90 deg all year. Very unusual.

It sounds like the whole west coast was cooler than normal this spring. So which parts of the country were hotter than normal? It sure didn’t make the news.

NOAA gets the Temp dat from Rectal Thermometers stuffed in the rectums of Al Gore, Barrack, Biden, Kerry, Boxer, Waxman, and a bunch of other Democrats that they depend on to get money from. Like NASA (See Ozone Hole), NOAA is a Whore and will say whatever the popular culture is.

I’m pretty sure they are transitioning from land based thermometers to satellite measurements.

That way, no one can look over their shoulders.

We need a new term for the sheer magnitude of lies being pushed at the public by the LSM. BS just doesn’t do it justice.

How about; Galactic Excrement or GE for short since GE is behind a lot of this.

By the way, if you Google Deke Arndt and scan the hits you will find that he would probably say the same thing if he was freezing to death in August.

I’m sorry. This American doesn’t believe the government anymore. The government has become too greedy. It’s one lie after another.

Do people still really believe this BS anymore?

NO, they had hoped that all the sheeple would beleive. Now because some of the sheeple have stumbled upon the truth, the liars have to double-down on the BS.

When their political allies are put out in Nov. we will hear no more of this crap. These “climate experts” give a whole new meaning to “which way the wind blows” and to the true meaning of expert “X is the unknown and spert is a drip under pressure”.

this is grossly embarrassing to true scientists everywhere. CA has had one of the coldest springs in 50 Years. Montana continues to get snow. Coldest temps in the mid west iirc - the list can go on and on. What freekin planet do these morons live on?

Ditto here in the south SF Bay Area. It was 92 on Sunday, but jacket weather yesterday! 25 degree drop.

Warmest? Where? Here in New Jersey had my heat on for 5 days in May because temps were in the low 40’s. Can not remember ever having to turn on the heat in May. Maybe these morons can pay my bill for the month.

Historic high????
That must be why our furnace was running so many days last month. The Gore-bull warming crowd must not have included any temperatures from Western New York.

And just today it is reported that South Africa received its first snow in 30 some years.

They have to keep up the lies because it is the only way they can recoup their investment in CCX (thanks in part to BHO).

You must turn off the heat! Nobama is sending you extra carbon tax. The idea is to make us all so hot (under the collar) that we won’t notice that globull warming is a fairy tale.

No kidding. We haven’t even had a day in the 80’s yet, which normally occurs at the beginning of May. I bought a new gun in April and haven’t been able to complete my barrel break in because I haven’t had a day calm enough to zero past 50 yards.

The first day I quit after 15 shots and the wind started gusting over 50 MPH. It has rained half of the last month, which never happens.

Global warming my a$$.
