Those who do are generally derided as “whackos.” If you examine the incidents properly, Ruby Ridge and Waco were fought by principled Americans as well.

It's not about Republicans vs. Democrats anymore, and hasn't been for a long time. Communism has long since supplanted the Democrat party, and has infected the Republican party too. Republicans held power in every branch of government and still Bush and McCain did everything they could to force amnesty for millions of illegal thugs down our throats. Americans have been sleeping and enjoying a false sense of peace whilst the enemy works around the clock.

IMO, he’s not dividing us. Rather, he’s sending more to our side. The divide is about 75 to 25 right now and the Fuhrer is losing his base.

If they think they can get away with it, they will do it. It will hand the November 2010 election to the Republicans in most places in the country, and finish off the last little daylight here in the 2012 election.
Speaking of lawless, what if I decide to break any laws I deem unfair to me? Do the rest of us get to pick and choose what laws we want to obey? I think we all know the answer to that one.

True. That’s why non-enforcement is so corrupting: it’s the same as lawlessness, just as effective but more evasive and passive.
Umm, Obama is our military leader. And there are probably more than enough left wing Generals in the Pentagon who would happily obey the "the One's" commands. You know, there's no guarantee that America can't be taken over from within by despots, the Constitution is only as strong as those who are willing to defend it. Governmental collapse and subsequent takeover by despots has occurred to great nations throughout history, and we don't have any special treaty with God that exempts us from tyranny. I'm not saying that I think it necessarily will happen, but it certainly could.
