Oh, it’s not just contractors, I understand there are several large businesses in Mesa that employ illegals. Find out who they are, find out who the sell to, go after them AND their customers. I guarantee you their customers will buy from someone else rather than go through the hassles.

God knows I don’t WANT violence in the streets. I’m just saying that this country is not going to wake up until they see ninety innocent citizens killed in the crossfire of a shootout between Mexican drug cartels right in the middle of downtown Phoenix.

Rush is understandably flailing today, he KNOWS deep inside his beloved (rightfully so) ballot box will not save us.

But what else can he say?

Bolton scoffed at the DOJ’s arguments in court, but then sided with them in her opinion.

Perhaps someone made her an offer she couldn't refuse.

I most heartily agree but what is the tipping point?

I said the other day, as the result of some other insanity, that some people who keep treading on the rights and taking the property of others should not expect them to simply take it. Instead they should, at some point, have reality / sensibility / self-preservation kick in and realize that they should be fearful for their own well-being if not their lives.

Just today a guy tried to intimidate me into signing a contract for work under terms I would have been insane to accept. He was actually very shocked to hear me say the work was not worth the risk he thought I should take. They can and probably will find some fool to do the job on their terms but not me.

The guy on Rush right now is saying just about what so many of us feel... there is no place left for us unless we are able to take back what is ours and rebuild from the salvaged mess.

Some of us called out Scott Brown for what he is on election night. We were shouted down by the “Scott Brown 2012” lunatics. I trust most of them have realized the errors of their ways.

Most of the companies that hire illegals have to be almost pathetically devious about it — picking up the guys waiting at the Home Depot using unmarked vehicles owned by employees’ relatives, etc. etc. etc.

Then we need to make sure there are people who can follow them. Those little flip cameras only cost $200.00 or use a cell phone. Put them on the web so everyone can see them breaking the law.

We also need to make sure the law we passed earlier on giving services only to LEGAL immigrants and citizens is being enforced. Firing a few people would get things enforces pretty darned quick, so if the illegals can set up police, perhaps citizens can set up some of these state workers who are giving away freebies to illegals.

Scary, but I'll tell you WHO would immediately come to the rats rescue or who would side with them if a revolution would break out. One group would be the drug lords from mexico, be VERY afraid because the mexican mafia don't give a crap about age or gender, they'll raz you down in cold blood. IF it benefits them to side with the evil demonic rats they'll do it in a heartbeat and they'll be merciless! You'll have the black panthers, the mexican mafia and the underground al-qaeda siding with the RATS. We live in perilous times folks. :(

I'm sure you know that is closer than most realize. There have already been cops killed in a very similar situation here and it was only by the grace of God that innocent civilians weren't killed as well. The next time they won't be so lucky and Judge Bolton will be reminded that their blood is on her hands.

Leftism killed the American experiment.

Citizenship means NOTHING now. We have no borders. Our way of life, American culture, our language are being diluted and likely to be radically changed for the worse.

We have a foreign and domestic enemy of the Constitution in the White House bent on destroying America as we know it. Mexico is moving north with the helpful hands of the traitors and marxists in our own government.

Once you have an anti-American, anti-Constitutionalist as commander and chief(The enemy within....that includes most of Congress)......Coupled with the invasion of 30 million illegals and a severe brainwashing of 60 percent of the populace, it’s the worst possible scenario to fight against.

It’s going to be a tough battle to restore this Republic.

Nice try AZ, now repeal the whole law and try it again, this with more forceful language.

I am sure General MacArthur had similar thoughts after he evacuated the Phillipines early in World War II.

Things do not look so promising now, but I am sure Rush will get renewed faith in the American voters....just like Mac did later in WW II.

The first thing that needs to be done is to rid the GOP of the pro-Illegal Alien element. That Arizona Senate primary would be a start....getting rid of John McCain would be a great help....its just too many liberals in the GOP, MS Fox News, are supporting him. Need to rise above that

Has JD come out with a statement on this ruling? FWIW.

I’ve often wondered, how come so much conservative legislation over the years gets an injunction before it even takes effect, while liberal legislation so often gets the red carpet treatment, unabated?

Real issue is: how does the cop know the person is an immigrant (legal or not)? Citizens are not required to produce papers (not showing a drivers license is just a small matter of producing it later).

Contrary to many on FR, methinks this is the correct ruling. NOBODY should be subject to “papieren, bitte” (if you don’t understand that reference you have no business having an opinion on the topic).

This returns me to the opinion that the Right is fighting the wrong battle: the problem isn’t illegal immigration (that’s just the symptom), it’s the whole damned welfare state coupled with minimum wage and other regulations which make legal employment stupid expensive; the socialist system’s problems cannot stop supply-and-demand. End welfare, minimum wage, and overbearing regulations and the black-market demand for illegal immigrants will disappear along with the other freebies given thereto. They won’t come if there is no benefit in doing so.

“NOBODY should be subject to “papieren, bitte” (if you don’t understand that reference you have no business having an opinion on the topic).”

I understand your meaning and think it rediculous. You and I both have Drivers Licenses and so do the Germans.

I understand your desire for a government of individuals, but we have not had that in centuries. We are a government of Ghettos. If we cannot find any reason to protect our borders and our communities then we will always be prey to the “urban” interests. Whatever the big cities need will drive our national policy. The remainder of the country will become nothing more than colonies of urban centers. This is the future the Dem party plans for us. Just sayin.

Passive resistance worked well for Mahatma Gandhi against the power of the Crown.

Maybe Mahatma Rushie can come up with a good idea since he appeared to be in that frame of mind today.

Judge Bolton has gutted the Arizona law. She has put a hold on major sections of SB 1070 designed to eradicate sanctuary cities and require law enforcement officers to determine the immigration status of those who commit crimes in our state.” - J.D. Hayworth, Republican candidate for U.S. Senator from Arizona
