Are you kidding me. Losing support! BO dispises everything the Boyscouts stand for! BO wants to put homosexual child molesters as Troop leaders, then sue the Boyscouts when the children are molested.
The Boyscouts are not BO’s base. BO would rather have felons vote, than Boyscouts!

Yes they have, an important lesson in politics and as Young men fast approaching or at voting age when the COH is held, of the importance of the Vote; the Vote for the correct man/woman/political party.
Obama's pal's in the leftwing homosexual movement hate the Boy Scouts and have attacked them for years and years. Obama was not going to piss off his gay pals.
Even 12 year old Boy Scouts know that Obama and his pals see them as the enemy.

each of those eagle scouts did. they are still waiting.
According to the BSA the delay is common when switching presidents because of licensing requirements of the president’s signature.... Not a delay on his part... but it is true that a number of the certs don’t have his signature (my youngest son’s doesn’t)... If the Eagle Scout wishes to have a cert signed by the current president all he has to do is ask for a duplicate certificate and he will get one free of charge.
Look, I don’t like Obama’s policies and direction but promoting these rumors doesn’t do us any good.

I have to add that one of my Eagle Scouts was at the Jamoree and saw this video message with his mother. The group/area he was at did not boo the president’s message and he didn’t know that it had happened... although he did say that his group was probably not too happy the president didn’t come in person... so I’m not so sure how wide spread this was...
... I’m hoping that most of the scouts followed the “courteous” portion of the Scout Law.
