The dream scenario for Kentucky is a clean sleep of the congressional delegation. That requires 2 incumbent rats to be exterminated.
I think that Andy Barr in Lexington has a fairly good chance of winning. I’m less confident of Lally, if only because he doesn’t seem to be on anybody’s radar.
We still have Hal Rogers in our district. He is only a conservative when is comes to gay marriage and the Ten Commandments. There is no one more RINO than Rogers, even McConnell; in fact, he has almost as much s—t named for him as does Robert Byrd in W. Virginia. He even had the nerve to take Daniel Boone’s name off of the Parkway and replace it with his own. Locals who slurped at the trough insisted it wasn’t Rogers’ idea. I intend to see that Rogers is part of the Tea Party agenda next election cycle.
