Democrat candidate wishes death for Sarah Palin

Those Dems are staying classy as ever in New Hampshire. There's a reason their logo is a jackass.

From Now Hampshire....

There's only one way the tragic airplane crash in Alaska that ended the life of former-U.S. Senator Ted Stevens could have been better, according to New Hampshire Democratic activist and State Rep. candidate Keith Halloran: If Sarah Palin had been on it.

In a Facebook post, Halloran, who describes himself as "an active local citizen and supporter of NH Governor John Lynch," said of the plane crash, "Just wish Sarah and Levy were on board."

And he wasn't alone either.

Natch Greyes, a staffer for Democratic Rep. and Senate hopeful Paul Hodes tweeted the following on July 21st: "I have to wonder if & or when @sarahpalinusa will learn the meaning of our state motto: "live free or die."

This is a very telling incident because it shows that Democrats so believe they are the only smart and good and decent people that they say whatever they like, since OF COURSE no one could EVER disagree with them. They honestly believe whatever they say is okay and right, so they shoot their mouths off without even thinking, since no one could possibly think otherwise.

That’s beside the point of this incident, though. The point here is the one we could make over any number of stories—that this story is on the radar at all is one, thing, but if a conservative said such a thing it’d be breaking news all over. When Democrats do such a thing there is an assumption that the one who said didn’t REALLY mean any harm because it’s like when a friend or relative says something apparently vile, you “just know” they didn’t REALLY mean it. It’s assumed saying you wish Palin would be killed will be taken as a joke by your fellow Dems, libs and MSM members—because you feel comfortable knowing they feel the same thing deep down, too, and will run inteference for you.

They do mean it. Its been going on for what, 2 and a half years now?

Think about if some Republican said something the same in publc about Obama, not only would the RNC unload on such a GOPer, the entire MSM press corps would be howling racism, and then the GOPer would receive a visit from the Secret Service.

I am shocked that the RNC has not joined the NH GOP to condemn this threatening speech. It needs to stop. The process is meant to desensitize the public to threats on Sarah Palin. I mean the woman has a leftist author living right next door to her to give legitimacy to every bit of smear the MSM can bring down on Palin and her family. ENOUGH!!!!!And we should indeed not brook any more of it, regardless of who it comes from in public.

I'm not--in fact, it never even occurred to me that they'd say anything until I read your post. They are a stodgy bunch that want nothing more than to get along with those who hate conservatism, and have long showed their true colors regarding Palin. I have reservations about her myself, but in this kind of thing the RNC has flopped in their responsibility to look out for the one politician who's getting off her ass and doing anything about the upcoming election in terms of spotlighting conservatives as opposed to just Republicans.

I wish everyone would really look behind the media image painted of Sarah, and also look behind the GOPs subtle attempt to disempower her by using straw-man talking points, many of which you see right here on FR.They are sending out the political hacks to critcize her at the grass roots of the electorate, and its interesting that the electorate generally buys none of it. The battle lines are being drawn inside the Republican Party.Sarah must win that battle.
Looking around we are 2 years out from the presidential election. I don’t see anyone else in the GOP holding the torch like Sarah is. Newt gives a few rumblings here and there, but Sarah is a flame thrower compared to his weak musings about the issues, he barely lights a match.

Sarah will need the people’s support in the next two years, and I know you and I, and may others, will do our best to see she gets it.I hope millions of others feel the same way.

The GOP is hoping she will commit a mistake from which she cannot retreive herself. That won’t happen either. So what is happening is the silent PR word comes out that she is fundamentally flawed, that somehow there is some nascent truth to all those nasty little pirouettes being published in the media about her.Hell, the leftist press has a writer living next door to her so they can justify the smut they publish about her, all of it fiction.Yet the national GOP remains silent, and many want evidence that the GOP is not doing anything to hinder her? Their non-feasance is a political moral crime, all for the purpose of maintaining a status quo that has proven to lead to electoral defeat in 2008, with the same players pulling the strings? Where are they in this issue so acurrately described in the thread issue? The NH GOP is standing alone. And its so great that they have done so. Yet if one Republican uttered the same words about Obama’s air travels, the press would decend, the GOP would denounce him in tirades , and that GOP person making such an utterance would receive a visit from the secret service.

This has to change.

To be honest I’ve sometimes found myself contemplating how i would feel if Obama, Nancy, or Harry died.

I’m sorry to say I can’t honestly say I would miss them or feel bad about their deaths given all that they have done to us(me included) and our(my) future.

I don’t mean to say I think they deserve death or anything like that I simply speak from where my heart seems to be on the matter. That I don’t think it would permit me to morn the passing of folk so evil as them who have done what they have done.

Now I can’t excuses the unwarranted sentient of the democratic legislator about a woman who has done him no wrong.
But I find it hard to condemn him for having had such feelings as much as I perhaps should.

I would imagine the NH RNC would make such a statement, as most state parties will in order to make political hay. I’m talking more about the national RNC, which sure seems like a country club.

I’ve never killed a man, but I’ve read many an obituary with a great deal of satisfaction.
—Clarence Darrow

The problem with these _things_ (I refuse to call them human) is they just can’t keep their mouths shut.

We were enjoying a pleasant meal with friends when another guest went off out of the blue on a hate-filled rant on Palin. “Pleasant” ended right there. Turns out this “person” is one of those screeching Harpies that hang out so-called “Peace Centers”. From my experience, those places are viper-pits of venom and hatred for anyone not JUST LIKE THEM. I know the type all to well, having a couple of them in my own family. \shame/

“These are not the dems we knew of yore.”

A subcontractor was working in my house yesterday, and he mentioned how he “used to be a democrat”. Now his hero is Glenn Beck. Says that Obama will be known as the “worst president ever — worse than Wilson, Carter, or FDR”. Went on a rant on how Muslim men are so insecure that others aren’t even allowed to look at their female property. On and on.

Seems that the “dems we knew of yore” are now split. The ones capable of thinking logically are no longer dems; the ones with s**t for brains are still hanging in there.
