Let me get this right. An attack on a a US military base by a Muslim terrorist is workplace violence? So by extension of this logic, when our finest are deployed in Afghanistan and attacked... that's also workplace violence. After all, the military "works" around the world.

And our response is to educate commanders about the symptoms of this violence... etc. Who came up with this garbage, a college workshop study group? . . . Oh, I'm sorry, the current administration. Same thing.

If this is the final word...then it won’t be accepted by anyone in the US military.

I will offer one observation though. At his previous assignment...over the last three years there, there were clear indicators that would have drawn attention and been used to discharge him...had he not been in the medical field. Had he exhibited any of these signals at a infantry post or some intelligence unit...it would taken three months to write up the paperwork and follow through on the discharge. The fact that he never passed his PT test and rarely attended PT...says alot about this officer.
