"Doc Drop: Miller Camp Cites Possible Vote Tampering By Murkowski Observer"
Riehlworld ^ | 08/29/2010

Posted on 08/29/2010 9:52:10 PM PDT by Brices Crossroads

Rut Roh - a troubling three page letter from the Miller campaign citing multiple potential infractions of election law and procedure by a Murkowski observer, who, after mis-identifying himself, was allowed unfettered access to a computer he should not have accessed. The access presented a clear opportunity for vote tampering.

The other problems include trying to access the ballot area with a large bag, an action prohibited by law. Fortunately, security stopped him. Read it all in pdf below.

Oh yes, thank you!!! You’ve been right on top of all the news! So much for everything moving along nicely...lol.

Joe Miller and his great attorney have the advantage in that they know precisely with whom they’re dealing.

I went ahead and pinged members who posted on the other “Lisa/NRSC/scandal/interference” thread along with four, dear Alaska FReepers, but I just remembered I forgot to ping JohnKinAK, so I’ll do that now.

JohnKinAK-please see and follow the links in above posts!

It doesn’t matter what the venue or the party involved. It’s always the most left candidates that engage in questionable election day activities.

Good point. In fact it’s such a good point, you have me wondering if a leftist activist is indeed embedded in the Murkowski campaign.

No doubt the Murkowski hacks were trying to obtain information on voter names so that they could challenge Miller ballots from those people. A definite violation of the secret ballot process. “Mike” should be charged with ballot tampering.

And Lisa I don’t think will actually want to be elected such as Franken was, not in Alaska anyway, she could get away with it elsewhere but not here, every day will become sheer terror for her, she won’t be able to go to a drive thru espresso stand without being heckled.

Plus what the image it would give the family name.

So GOOD to hear from you! I got my IE to open the file after I created a link to the website. I do hate IE, but I have FF on the old computer and I didn’t want to fool with this new, simple one. “Simplicity” is my thing when it comes to computers.

I am going to pray you’re right. Lisa would do right by herself to concede with grace, especially since she must know by now that the absentees have gone to Joe Miller. If she wants to await the absentee count, that’s fine and she should, but like you said, anything after that won’t be acceptable by you all or by us in the lower 48 either.

““Mike” should be charged with ballot tampering.”

All these hacks should remember. The statute of limitations on these potential crimes is five years. The 2012 election is 2 years away. By 2012, they will have a new President to treat with. They may find her justice just a little swifter and surer than what they are used to.

A Leftie? Being held publicly accountable? The thought puts a glorious smile on my face....
I want the truth exposed and if it’s a true Republican trying to throw an election, I want them prosecuted and ejected from the Republican party. The left will always take ‘em in...

She is a member of the Ruling Class and mere peasant voters will not be allowed to stand in her way.

I need to upgrade some time soon, this puter is a couple of years old anyway, I treat them as throwaways now, I used to spend a lot customizing but then in less than a year they become obsolete.

Basically all I use mine for is news, paying bills and a few forums. I don’t make DVDs or download stuff and its the same with a printer.

That’s what I did. The old computer was virus infected and 5 or 6 years old. I got it fixed for $75 and got this new, simple one for $439. When granddaughters visit, they have full use of the old one and don’t touch mine. :)

Murkowski has already discredited herself by being open to joining the Libertarians should she lose the recount.

If she wins the absentee ballot count, Joe Miller and his supporters should refuse to support her. This woman is corrupt scum just like Daddy.

“It doesn’t matter what the venue or the party involved. It’s always the most left candidates that engage in questionable election day activities.”

People seem to be attached to the “golden mean” paradigm. They want a symmetrical political spectrum with the reasonable people—the moderates—in the center, and extremists stretching out in both directions, getting worse the further from the center they wanter.

This is buncombe. The spectrum runs from God on the right to Satan on the left. You can never get far enough to the right.

This is some real crap. I've been calling a bunch of conservative friends here in Ak telling them the scoop. I would have thought more tin foil actually, but we got a call ourselves Thursday evening about the primary; my son had sent in an absentee ballot. Unreal, Old Lisa & Repub Party needs to be held accountable.

Guarantee one thing, here in Ak, when this gets spread around, the Repubs will lose this fall. Alaska has a history of dumping the Repubs when corruption is right there in their face.

I think this goes more to the corrupt Repubs that Palin fought rather than to Miller. I would hope that they wouldn't take it out on candidates like him and others who are trying to clean house. (I just hope there are some others like him.)

Probably should have referenced that to if Miller had the election stolen out from under him.

Ak has elected 2 AIP governors which meant a majority of Repubs here didn't vote for the Repub primary winner. Of course Wally Hickel jumped back to the Repub party as soon as election was over.

When they drug Uncle Teddy over the coals, conservatives stayed home on election day, Photo Radar Mark got in.

Actually, Alaskans expect more freedom than most in lower 48 have, no joke. What a man does in his own house is his own business. Kinda a pervasive train of thought up here. So they are quick to run from the Repubs even though they are registered Repubs when they see corruption. The Dem are the only ones to benefit.

If the lawyer’s letter is true, then the elections division Katrine has hard evidence in hand, that Murkowski’s observer “Mike” committed a felony by recording confidential voter information.

That would be enough evidence to warrant obtaining Mike’s iPhone text message logs from AT&T, and further confirm that he texted confidential voter information out of the room, and to whom.

The whole thing could open up a conspiracy to attempt to defraud the voters of their elected representative.
