Tos ave herself, Murkowski cares less on who she represents as she is now considering going third party.

Like Crist in Florida, this is shameless, power-grabbing and proves that she is unprincipled in anything than saving her neck.

That is going to be very hard in Alaska. They have a sore loser law that prevents running as an independent if you lose a primary. She could run on another party ticket, but I don't see the Dems letting her in, and running as a libertarian hurts her by allowing her to be linked to every off center idea of the libertarian party.

Read the level of desperation as shown by the letter from Miller’s attorney documenting attempted/actual ballot tampering by Murkowski’s camp. It’s a bombshell and rises to the level requiring investigation.

(p.s. Miller’s attorney (Van Flein) is the same one used by Sarah in defense of the multiple false ethics charges filed against her.)

Thanks clyde5445 for spotting this.

Lisa can do whatever she wants. She can’t overcome Joe Miller’s lead and if she’s runs third party, it won’t matter.

Everyone assumes that the absentee ballots will run about 75% Republican, similar to the general election, but I totaled the data from all 40 districts in the state’s primary results website, and found this....

Cards Cast Report as of Aug 25, 2010 4:42pm

Total absentees 13458

Republican ballot ..... 5801 43.1%
ADL ballot ................ 5197 38.6%
Measures-only ballot 2460 18.3%

I don’t object to her waiting for absentee ballots but when the votes are in she should support Miller (and he her if it somehow turns around).

She should learn a lesson from this and change her RINO ways (regardless of who wins). If she changes her ways (which is hard to prove if she is not in office) she could consider running against the Dem in the next senate election.

Hey, be nice now! Murkowski is a member of the ruling class. RINO or democrat makes no difference. She is ENTITLED to her senate seat, given her vast superiority over we the little people.
