I have a solution for CBS. Hire some conservative anchors and producers and watch your ratings soar.

Awesome news; what a deserving group to sit at home!

CBS reported 87,000 at the Beck rally. Maybe what they meant was that was how many they have to lay off.

Katie is a huge success! Except for the fact that no one watches her newscast.

“In the pictures, it looks as if no time has passed at all.”

How’s about cutting her salary? They are always so adamant about cuttting other’s salaries; she can live on say $100K & save loads of jobs. That’s what the elitists want to do to biz.

Poor Katie Couric.

Perhaps some Sarah PAC office needs a telephone receptionist?

She has a series of triumphant interviews with Sarah Palin? How the heck does this person describe them as “triumphant”? I know the liberals were happy that Sarah came off looking bad, but, were the interviews really the work of an incisive journalist/reporter?

Did Katie really show us what she was made of then, or were the liberals just happy that Sarah Palin was damaged by those interviews????

"But Couric rebounded during the 2008 presidential campaign, securing her place at the network and in history books with a series of triumphant interviews with vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin. In 2008 and 2009, the CBS Evening News won the Edward R. Murrow award for best newscast."

So that is her claim to fame? That she "beat" Sarah Palin. How pathetic.

The complete collapse of the faux news networks can't happen soon enough.

I know I won't be alone dancing a little jig on their graves.

"CBS announced a round of layoffs that reduced the roughly 1,400-person staff by nearly 100."

They still have 1,300? Based on what they actually produce I would have thought less than 100.

Wouldn’t that be amazing?
Could you imagine the people that would flock over there (including me) if they hired, say Karl Rove?

“Couric now sits atop a news division that is in many ways unrecognizable as the one-time home of Walter Cronkite”

...I wouldn’t say “unrecognizable”. It’s still held by a communist. Just find another communist with skinny, vainy legs and a disproportionately large mouth.
