This is just another reason why I hate these modern day hollywood f**ks...I despise hollywood, unlike the greats from the past...the classics of days gone by...they were patriots..and even when they disagreed, they were decent and classy enough to be civil.

At first, it appeared as though this guy was hyping a movie of his coming out soon, such is the pattern in that part of the universe. Then it appeared as though he was just relapsing from public adoration withdrawal syndrome. In any event, he gives even the most cranially petrified Hollywoodenheads a bad name. It’s another example of how disastrous it can be when an actor goes off script, a la Sean Penn and Tim Robbins.
Actors are professional pretenders. They dress up and pretend to be other people for a living, and too often develop an unhealthy identification with their roles. The problem occurs when they become the alter ego in public without an accompanying script and director to tell them when to speak and where to stand.
They spend so much time in the skin of other, fictitious people that, if they have any personal views or thoughts at all, they’re informed by ignorance, alienation and stupidity based on prolonged absence from reality. Coupled with their addiction to attention, their utterances become like belches in a crowded room: The crowd pauses, looks, notes the source, and life goes on. And, for the attention junkie, the mission is accomplished. Having returned to fantasy land in the mind, he has no concept of the real reaction to the outburst.
So now, this child is off the list of play actors to watch.

According to Wikepedia Cusack’s father was also a documentary filmmaker, owned a film production company and was a friend of activist Philip Berrigan. Cusack’s mother, former mathematics teacher and political activist. It looks like he was indoctrinated at since birth.
