Dear NY Daily News: please refrain from using the term “Maverick”. It reminds us of a tyrant who goes by the name McCain.

Wow, can they make it sound any more criminal?

Interesting that the Daily News is running this today. It amounts to a get-out-the-vote message for Paladino.

Since this rag is pro-Democrat, you’d think they’d shut up until tomorrow, at least, at let Loser Lazio have his best shot at winning the primary.

All ya need to know about the Daily News: their poll asks which Dem AG candidate impresses you the most, lists the candidates, and then offers ‘I don’t know enough about any of them’ as the only alternative response. Must be a pretty impressive group of candidates!

I think Rick Lazio is a nice guy. However, his run against hilllereee...didn’t cut the mustard and while that was not all Rick’s fault...I just don’t see him as a POWERFUL leader. Maybe in time but...not right now. He couldn’t win.

Rumor has it that Cuomo is hoping to face Lazio in the Gub election and is worried about Paladino.

Paladino has said that Cuomo has never been vetted and that’s he’ll educate take no prisoners in exposing Cuomos background, including the HUD scandals.

He’s an upstate real estate guy. He’ll fight dirty since he’s a former democrat and knows where all the bodies are buried. He’s also said that he doesn’t need Manhattan, Bronx and Brooklyn to beat Cuomo.

Like it or not, Lazio is New York's Dan Quayle. He is unelectable.

According to open secrets http://www.opensecrets.org
he has contributed to Hillary Clinton, Louise Slaughter, Dick Gephardt and Schumer (and also Al Gore and John Kerry). But it does look like he’s given far more to Republicans including Rick Lazio.
