It is not possible to abbreviate what is contained in the link. If you have no interest simply do not look.

Now that we have national media camped out in Florida's "Rocket Docket" Gas-Chambers..let's get our legislature to approve a special "Task Force".

Lets call it "The State of Florida Department of Absurdities".

This department should be staffed by the best and brightest from the Florida Bankers Association, the Foreclosure Mills, DocX, LPS, Fannie, Freddie and the Realtors Association. Pulling a few more retired "Senior" judge dullards out of mothballs would be a big help too.

An immediate writ of habeas corpus for all!

Warning...there is some profanity in the link but includes the full deposition of Tammie Lou Kapusta of the Law Office of David J. Stern.

Very damning indeed...

For starters it seems that the system is broken and we don’t need more MONEY, but need new adminsitrators in Washington watching to see that the LAW is applied 100% of the time. Vote a NEW group...please.

This is pure evil.

Is anybody’s house safe whether you are paying for your mortgage or not?
It does NOT sound like it is.

Thieves, filthy little thieves!

Maybe this will get some supposed “conservatives” to stop carping about the possibility of someone getting a ‘free house’ and start paying attention to how the banks are shredding the rule of law here. The banksters admit that they were being asked to falsify documents. Oh, they’d falsify civil documents, just not a military document - which meant that the law shifts from a state sphere to the federal sphere.

The Stern law offices supposedly have over 900 employees, to give one a notion of how big this is.

No, it isn’t. That’s what I’ve been on about. If a court is willing to accept lies as fact in a judicial non-jury proceeding concerning your property and who does or does not have a lien upon your property, your property rights are being shredded in the process.

Conservatives need to quit worrying whether someone gets a free house out of this mess and start worrying about their property rights.

My mother didn’t face foreclosure threats until after her house was paid off. It seems that paying off the final $10 or $15 grand in a lump sum triggered it.

Somebody was counting on making a buck off the interest on the debt they bought and all of a sudden the debt evaporated before their eyes and left them holding the bag.

My mother is still trying to get her deed nearly 7 years later.

Here’s what taxpayers need to know the banks will be protected with the stealth new bill see here

What the hell: How stealth banking bailout reached Obama’s desk

MichelleMalkin.com ^

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2603152/posts

The taxpayers will be screwed again as a result

Fannie, Freddie Kept Off Budget, Dividends Counted

- President Barack Obama’s budget blueprint for the next fiscal year excludes the $6.3 trillion in liabilities of government-controlled Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and delays for a second time a decision on restructuring the mortgage-finance companies that were seized 17 months ago.

The companies may need $54.4 billion more in U.S. Treasury Department preferred stock purchases to stay afloat in the current year that ends Sept. 30, and $23 billion more for the next fiscal year, according to calculations made from the Obama administration’s 2011 budget proposal to Congress today.

http://www.businessweek.com/news/2010-02-01/obama-keeps-fannie-freddie-off-u-s-budget-counts-dividends.html

And that was from last February one can only imagine how much more has been added to that $6.3 TRILLION since then with all the foreclosures.

Exactly. This isn’t about people not paying their mortgages.

“Conservatives need to quit worrying whether someone gets a free house out of this mess and start worrying about their property rights.”

Thank you for that confirmation!!!

I read alot of this stuff, but I’m no expert.

I am getting tired of the “deadbeats getting a free house, but nothing else is wrong” crowd. As if the wrongs done to those “deadbeats” only count because they are .. well.. deadbeats!!! HA! wrong.

Willful blindness, I say.

You are right!

ALL CONSERVATIVES need to get behind this outrage!!

They are destroying our property rights - ALL PROPERTY RIGHTS!!!!

What you said. Some Freepers have conflated supporting the banks and the Wall Street whiz kids who lapped up the Obama Kool-Aid with conservatism. These particular actors have proven over time to be the worst kind of political whores, with little regard for the principles of free markets. No way should conservatives reflexively support them when evidence of their duplicity is self-evident.

We may have laughed when the lady at the Obama rally said, “Now I wont have to worry about paying for my house or putting gas in my car.” But she knew what Obama was saying.

IMO, Obama intends on destroying individual property rights. Only the state will have property rights, as in the USSR.

This foreclosure/secuitization FUBAR is wholesale theft. It will be obvious when AG Holder says that there is nothing to investigate. Wait and see.

This deposition may be the one to get it done.

Several quotes:

“I personally did not do it because I refused to do it.”

“I wasn’t going to falsify a military document.”

“I was told that that’s fine, somebody else on your team will do it.” OUCH!

SEVEN YEARS AGO!!! Seven years??????

I am horrified. I would assume that a lawyer has been involved by now.

This is what I have been afraid of. I had been trying to find a way to maybe pay our mortgage off, but I have read some personal accounts of people here at FR that have run into problems with owning their home free and clear at the end of it all. Not getting the real title, having something put on their credit report by Fannie.

I am truly afraid that the end game here is about NO ONE BEING ABLE TO HAVE CLEAR TITLE TO A HOME,

NO ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are moving in that direction, aren’t they????

She’s had an attorney all along. That’s why she wasn’t evicted from the home she owns free and clear. Nobody knows where the deed is.

Convergence of multiple corrupt practices has led us to this mess.

When the first TARP (TARP = TRAP)was being shoved down congress, I remember thinking - STOP paying the mortgage - if EVERYbody did that, it would collapse the whole system. But at the time it seemed a bit extreme.

I am not so sure of that, now.

So, just to make your mom’s position clear.

She has paid off her house, the deed is lost, but they tried to foreclose on her??

And she STILL does not have title, because no title can be found??

Hasn’t a judgment been given that it IS her house? After seven years? That means this was back in 2003-ish time frame?

They’ve lost interest in trying to get the house but between the buying and selling of the mortgage the deed has been lost. She has a deed but it isn’t an official copy and indicates that she’s buying the house. The state is happy as long as the taxes are paid.

Its a mess.
