There aren’t going to be absentee ballots for the military, at least not in WA state. It’s going to be on-line voting on a generic ballot, with no prior registration required. If that isn’t a formula for voter fraud, I don’t know what is.
Oh, and they have up to thirty days (that could have been shortened) to cast their votes. So, the Democrats could have their organizers going all over the world soliciting votes for Democrats from our troops after the election is over.
Check with Pajamas Media, they were doing work on this issue a month or two ago.
