What I got out of the interview are the two ads I recently saw on TV last night.

The first ad talks about seniors: “Don’t show your card(s)”... their Medicare card. Defend your card from evil doers. From what I gather now, this card has become/will become extremely valuable as a blackmarket commodity in the near future. So you have a government that now places seniors in a position to have to defend themselves from potentially dangerous situations simply because they’re carrying their Medicare card.

The next ad talks about the idea of seniors reporting to authorities improper solicitations for “free” medical procedure, doctor visits or whatever. The gist that I got out of it was that seniors are now marshalled into the effort to fight health care fraud and injustice.

Why are they promoting and exciting the most frail within our society to help fight health care fraud and malfeasance?
I understand that seniors are the users of the Medicare product, but this sector is the least capable to get involved in these types of contrived situations.

What has changed from a 2 years ago in fighting health care fraud and abuses from today? Government has always been able to address health care abuses and guideline enforcement.

Calling a president, "dude," shows obvious disrespect. But, thinking about Obama..."Dude In Chief," seems to fit, if you consider the abbreviation that can be made using the first three letters of each word.

No, moderator, I didn't actually WRITE it. It is up to everyone's imagination, LOL

"We have done things that some folks don't even know about," Obama ventured.

Don’t you remember which Bush told the FEMA Director after Katrina ... “Heckuva job, Brownie!”

“The Daily Show host was giving Obama a tough time about hiring the conventional and Clintonian Larry Summers..”

The point can’t be made often enough — liberals don’t flip on a liberal president for making a mess of things, being arrogant, or undermining basic American values... they flip on him ONLY for not being liberal enough.

In the midst of the Arab Oil Embargo, Jimmy Carter made a speech to the nation from the Oval Office. Carter defined American malais and impotence in the speech by imploring Americans to "turn down their thermostats to 68F" in order to conserve heating oil. Carter wore a brightly colored crew neck sweater to illustrate just how far he himself was willing to sacrifice to that end.

It was the moment that America finally realized that despite all his promises, Carter was an ineffectual dipshit.

He mentioned one - ONE- woman who will not have to sell her house to get her cancer treatment. He’s forgetting about the, how many millions of people are here in the US?— that will have to pay for that! He’s not mentioning that, and probably won’t, either.
If health care wasn’t so flipping expensive, that alone would probably alleviate some problems right there. I know research and technology is all expensive, but...come on, now. lol
