Even Lib Dana Milbank is trashing the POTUS for his terrible Daily Show performance.
"Heckuva Job Larry". When Obama realized he said that and Stewart called him dude, Barry looked like a fool. Then he tries to recover by saying 'pun intended' as if he was making a joke all along.
Unfortunately, the joke is not just on Obama, it is on the entire country as a result of people like Milbank and Stewart being conned by Chicago Barry and his thugs.

“Heckuva Job Larry”
Is there something wrong about this phrase or just that it was such a blantant lie?

I know I’m not the only one not getting that comment. But I’ll be brave and ask, is this some indecent inside reference? A simple yes or no will do.

"We have done things that some folks don't even know about," Obama ventured.THIS is what worries me most.

I'm pretty shocked so many upthread miss the reference.
Michael DeWayne Brown was the first Undersecretary of Emergency Preparedness and Response (EP&R)....or administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). He was appointed in January 2003 by President George W. Bush and resigned in September 2005...
On September 12, 2005, in the wake of what was widely believed to be incompetent handling of the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina by state, local and federal officials, Brown resigned, saying that it was "in the best interest of the agency and best interest of the president."[15] ...
By the time he resigned from FEMA, Brown had already been discharged from his functions as coordinator of the federal efforts in New Orleans and Gulf Coast by Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff and was sent back to Washington to continue FEMA's central operations. Bush, who had appointed Brown in 2003, praised Brown shortly after the storm hit, saying "Brownie, you're doing a heck of a job,"[17] but later deflected questions about the resignation, except to deny having discussed the resignation with him.

Obama jumps the shark on a daily basis.
The appearance on Jon Stewarts show is Obamas "sweater" moment.

Calling a president, "dude," shows obvious disrespect. But, thinking about Obama..."Dude In Chief," seems to fit, if you consider the abbreviation that can be made using the first three letters of each word.
No, moderator, I didn't actually WRITE it. It is up to everyone's imagination, LOL

“The Daily Show host was giving Obama a tough time about hiring the conventional and Clintonian Larry Summers..”
The point can’t be made often enough — liberals don’t flip on a liberal president for making a mess of things, being arrogant, or undermining basic American values... they flip on him ONLY for not being liberal enough.
