What is your gut feeling about Christine winning? That would be the best part of the whole day to me if she won....

My gut tells me she's going to win in a squeeker that will be decided next week. . .

Voted at 3:30 in Montgomery County, MD. Ghost town. Check-in guy said turnout was good, compared to the primary. Hardly a ringing endorsement in deep-blue territory.

I was the only one there. But not unusual in my little town in SW PA. Most of the voting comes later. My sticker. :)

Tonight, I hope Sarah Palin asks Rove why he chose not to help Christine rather than bash her after she won the nomination. cant wait to hear what he has to say about that one.

Yes, me too. I almost hit the TV when Rove said that that night. Sarah, please hear us and ask. BTW, just got a call from Sarah Palin! Sure, it was a political ad, but just about dropped the phone when she said, "Hi, this is Sarah Palin", in her usual energetic voice. . .

The amazing thing with her is that I wouldn’t be surprised if someone said they got an actual call from her. Nothing she does surprises me at this point.

As for DE, COD was really hurt in the beginning with the GOP establishment basically abandoning her and with Castle refusing to endorse her and support her. If Castle and the natl GOP had rallied behind her right away, she’d be a lot better off.

I admire your optimism, but typically the longer a decision takes, the more likely it will go to Democrats (and I don't have to say why.) EVERYTHING is riding on this for the Democrats. They will try to win the seat by hook or crook. She'd have to win by 10 points for it not to be so :( Expect the same thing with Reid's seat.

Christine has the moxie to push back and get it done, but the vote counters are "non-partisan" and you know what that means: O'Sullivan's law states that any organization not expressly conservative will become more liberal over time.

Voted in PA-13 at 11:10. I was voter #167. Pretty good. I'm usually about #80 when I vote. The one democrat outside the poll was somber. There were 4 pubbies outside who were upbeat. Spoke with one lady volunteer who said she never thought she'd do anything like this, but she felt the need to act.

I was petting a dog a few minutes after leaving and I told his owner “I just voted.” He said he already voted, and it wasn't for any damned politicians!

My Congressional district is held by the Witch of East, Allyson Schwartz, Piglousi’s mirror image, if only in leftist thought. It would be a hugh and series upset if Dee Adcock knocked her out.

Voted an hour ago in a bluish area of NOVA. Ghost town as well. Turnout was heavy early AM, which is a good sign for this area, since there are a fair number of people who lean Republican and tend to vote before work. Not an Obama sticker to be seen, whereas in the gubernatorial race, there were quite a few, at exactly the same time of day.

I talked with someone outside for a while, and the only people who went in took Republican sample ballots. A stark contrast from 2 years ago, when the place was wall to wall idiots.

NE Dallas, TX (Conservative) - medium amount of voting. However, considering the weather (it is pouring rain)worker says voter turnout is very good. It should also be noted that early voting had a huge turnout in our district.

Voted at 6:20am in NY.

Now I’m just sitting here, drinking my Slurpee (no, really, I am), getting ready to watch the Democrats fall into the ditch.

Will be watching Delaware with interest.

I voted at lunchtime in a highly conservative/Republican district. I asked the poll workers, “How’s the turnout?”

“Very heavy,” replied one. “Extremely heavy,” said another.

As brutal as that was, the upside is that if she wins, she’s got no political debt. Zip. Nada. Nothing. Well, except for Sarah, and that works out OK. So she would have a unique degree of real freedom to follow the conservative mandate. I hope she pulls it out.

you have some proof that the undecided normally goes to Dems or are you just throwing cold water to throw cold water?

Seems after all the trashing of Christine the late vote would either break her way or people not wanting to admit their voting for her.

Pray for the Election

Yeah let's hope that question does come up although I rather doubt that's Sarah's style.

A call form her would freak just about anybody out I would guess!!
