Two states at opposite ends of the country -— California and Massachusetts -— both stark raving mad.

But, the House is now solidly Republican, the supermajority in the Senate is far removed and more Republican governors have arrived.

Not going to be any bailouts for CA and MA...

California is now officially doomed.

Up until now, there has always been at least marginally, a safety valve with a veto pen, between the abject fruitballs in the state legislature, and the people of the state.

No more. Now, the lunatics have been handed the keys to the asylum.

As America moves back from the abyss. California just sped up, and is now driving into it.

This will be at very least. Spectacular.

Like watching a crash, at Indianapolis.

What good is it to have conservatives running in states where there are not enough pro-conservative voters? Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Delaware, New York, Maryland, California,...are all pro-leftist states dominated by pro-leftist voters.

Actually, the Brown thing is probably good. CA is broke and he will make it worse. With the GOP controlling the purse strings in DC there should be no bailout for CA..so the state will be forced to face reality. But we will see.

"San Andreas...Fault"?
I couldn't resist, but I will wait and see, I don't think CA will be this predictable this close after the polls closing.

I grew uo in Orange County and finally left the State in 1993, now living in Georgia. Since I still have family members there, I feel sad about their predicament. But it is their predicament. And they don’t realize that they are broke and change course. The important thing by gaining control of the House is that we don’t bail out any of the States (CA, IL). Let them take the necessary austerity measures, which is reducing the size of the public secotr and their benefits.

If they want to learn from this loss they can stop wasting money and resources chasing impossible dreams of the Senator or Governor office in that state. Arnold was an anamoly based on a recount and his star power. If the GOP must persist in targeting this state then they should start by changing to change it at the local level.

Sorry for Californians but I’m tired of watching this never ending cycle each election year when those resources could be set on places we CAN theoretically win. Until there is a change at the bottom in local counties and district it won’t happen above.

3 reasons Boxer and Brown and other democrats won in descending order:

1. Illegals
2. the liberal mainstream media
3. Democrat/marxist voter fraud

If illegals aren't stopped and deported, the whole U.S. will be farther to the left than California soon.

FYI Michael savage donated the maximum $5000 to democrat Jerry Brown. Some conservative huh? LOL.Michael Savage's real name is Michael Weiner and it is a leftist mole. Google it to see he donated to Jerry Brown.
