This is a good time to shed light into the darkness.

Discovery would be a wonderful thing in this case.

Let this suit go forward. We will win in ways CAIR has not thought through.

As a woman who is terrified by the explosion of Sharia Law around the world, it’s nice to know Oklahoma is a refuge. Bravo, OK!

'...challenge the constitutionality of...'

The whole purpose of the state law that was passed was about constitutionality, namely that judges can only try cases using existing state and federal laws, the US Constitution, and prior court decisions.

This is not France, ergo we don't try cases in US courts using french laws. This is not Japan, ergo we don't try cases in US courts using japanese laws. CAIR is going to make this a case about religious freedom, however, that is a thin stretch. Sharia is not purely religious, it's 'Islamic Law'. Adherents to Sharia say that the laws of the country you live in are superseded by Sharia law.

Well, we live in America. Honestly, if these folks loooove Sharia law so much, why don’t they go live in the land where it IS law already? (Like, across the ocean in their native lands.) We don’t want this law HERE, and thank goodness we don’t have to live under it; we have our own laws and while you are living HERE you are subject to OUR laws. Anybody that thinks it’s a good idea to have Sharia or thinks it’s acceptable is a damned fool.

But what if our laws and Sha’ria intersect? Did not read fully, but at first glance, it does seem unnecessary.
However I do believe that Islam goal is to take over where they can. Given enough people, they have certainly shown this in Europe.

Looks like Oklahoma exposed this for what it is .... Islamic Law becoming law here. We have our won laws and they are not Islamic.

#1 Separation of church and state.
#2 The amendment prohibits the making of any law “respecting an establishment of religion”

Argument: Cair sues over failure to secure Sharia Law use in court.

Dear Cair,
Your religious law implemented in this manner is a violation of the 2nd Amendment. The use of religious law in this manner has been banned from the beginning of our Nation. It is your organization that is in violation of Oklahoman’s civil rights and your organization should be brought before a court of real Law.
